Aspyr Personal Training - Workout of the Day (WOD) - Tuesday 26th March 2018

This is a glute and arm workout:

Warm Up:

30 sec run

20 x squat

20 x wide leg squats

20 x narrow squat

20 x prone Is, Ys, Ts

20 x rotator cuff mobility

 

Main Set:

30 sec run

20 x squat with side abduction & hip extension (on each leg) -> do this with a band

20 x wide leg squat

30 sec rest

Sets = 4

30 sec row

20 x commandos

20 x press ups

30 sec rest

Sets = 4

30 sec press ups

20 x shoulder taps

20 x toe taps

30 sec rest

Sets = 4
