Main Set:

Sprint training

500m jog/run warm up

10 x 1/4 single leg squats (each leg)

x 3 sets

100m sprint

100m recovery

x 6 sets

50m sprint with 90 degree turn at the start

50m recovery

x 6 sets

50m hill sprints

50m recovery

x 6 sets

500m run

whatever you do the run in, that is your recovery time with air squats e.g. 2 mins 30 sec 500m run will mean 2 mins 30 sec recovery time

x 6 sets

60 step runs

60 step recovery

x 6 sets
