30 sec step out to the side (alternating legs)

30 sec high knees

30 sec kick backs

x 2 sets (5 mins)

Dynamic Stretches:

30 sec lunges with rotation

30 sec squat, hold onto toes and straighten legs

30 sec arm swings

30 sec trunk rotations

30 sec sprint lunges

x 2 sets (5 mins)

Static Stretches:

30 sec knee hugs

30 sec single leg deadlifts, extending leg backwards

30 sec hamstring stretch with arm reach

30 sec quad stretch

30 sec calf stretch/downward dog

Re-warm:

30 sec march on the spot

30 sec jog on the spot

30 sec step out to the side (alternating legs)

30 sec high knees

30 sec kick backs
