Main Set:

2/4/6/8

Kettlebell swings

Press Up

Deadlift

Sliding Legs

Strict Press

20 sec rest between rounds; 3 rounds

Core:

10 x leg raises

10 x side plank with leg raise

30 sec plank

30 sec rest; 4 rounds
