Warm Up:

200m run

10 x glute bridge

10 x sprinter start

10 x lunges

10 x squats

30 sec front hollow hold

Main Set:

1 x Step Run

10 x monster walk forwards and backwards

10 x side walk left and right

10 x  bent leg side walk left and right

10 x clockfaces

+ 1 to step run each time up to 5, +10 to reps up to 5 sets

Core:

20 x sliding legs

10 x leg raises

10 x crunches

1 minute plank

Sets = 4
