These exercises are based on lateral rotations:

Warm Up:

200m run

20 x side lunges

20 x forward->reverse lunges

20 x teapots

20 x shoulder rotations

Sets = 3

 

Main Set:

20 x lateral hop and touch the outside of the foot

20 x ski jacks

20 x banana split

20 x press up rotations

Sets = 4
