- 10 x shoulder press

- 200m farmers walks

- 10 x lunges with overhead carries

- 10 x lateral raises

- 10 x front raises

- 10 x seesaws

- 10 x dumbbell rotations

- 10 x dumbbell axe chops

Core:

- 10 x side plank with leg lift

- 10 x fly with lower legs

- 10 x plank with front raise & lateral raise

- 10 x high to low chop (kneeling lunge to rotation)
