Leg Swings / 10 x Glute Bridge

100m x Lunges with kettlebell loops / Squats

100m x Flying Leaps / Lunge Jumps

100m x High Knees / Press Ups

100m x Side Skip / Kettlebell swings

Sets = 3 of each

Core:

12 x Leg Raises

12 x Sliding Legs

12 x Russian Twists
