100m Jog

10 x Inch Worms

10 x Lunges (each leg)

10 x Squats

3 Sets

Main Set:

Reps = 100 of each!!! 500 in total

Lunges (1 = both legs)

Squats

Press Ups

Dips

Rows

When you reach 100, add in a 200m run.
