Warm Up

200m run

10 x Ankle rotations

10 x Squats

10 x lunges

5 x front hollow/back hollow holds for 30 sec

Main Set: 

Cones drill:

Cones are labelled 1 - 4, timer is set to 3 minutes. Tapping the cones as the number is said out loud.

10 x single leg balances with medicine ball throws

10 x lunge with medicine ball swings

10 x single leg around the world

10 x ball roll outs

10 x single leg squats

10 x single leg deadlifts
