Aspyr Functional Feet

Choosing footwear that works for your body:

At Aspyr Fitness we want you to have the most functional body possible. This means starting at the ground. For a good stable foundation we recommend the following shoe brands. Note that all of the below are zero drop shoes with a wide toe box, which will allow your feet to spread and grow. If you have tight gastrocnemius and soleus muscles (calf muscles), the below may not be appropriate.

If you currently use orthotics, you may want to discuss the type of shoe you opt for with us before purchasing.
