Online Training

We deliver our online training through FaceTime (Apple), Whatsapp (Android) and Google Hangouts (Groups/Classes). Online training allows us to assess your needs. How online training works:

  • we will set up an initial 30 minute free consultation call with your trainer to discuss your requirements

  • during the 30 minute consultation, your trainer will:

    • ask you about your goals and what you are looking to achieve through personal training

    • ask you about any injuries or conditions you may have

    • have a chat about any nutritional needs you have

    • speak with you about when you can commit to training, for how long and build a programme around your needs

    • perform a body assessment to understand how your body moves and target key muscles

  • we will ask you to provide the following body measurements:

    • weight, chest, waist, hips, body fat % (if available), muscle mass (if available), bone density (if available)

    • height in cm

    • blood pressure reading (if available)

    • resting heart rate measurement

    • daily calorie burn

    • daily step count

  • at the end of the consultation your trainer will send you an email outlining the conversation and detail their plan for your training

  • if you decide you want to proceed with training, your trainer will ask you to complete the below forms:

    • PAR-Q - this ensures that it is safe for you to train with us

    • GDPR - this ensures we have your permission to contact you, note that you will need to check phone if you are happy for us to use FaceTime or Whatsapp for online training

    • Terms & Conditions - this ensures that you and your trainer are on the same page. Please note that cancellations are 24 hours in advance, otherwise we may charge for the session.

  • your trainer will arrange and confirm a time for your training upon payment of your initial invoice
