Race format ... complete as many rounds as possible in 30 sec w/ 10 sec rest between each. Go for quality over quantity.

- Single leg kettlebell deadlifts

- Hop forwards, run back

- High Pull

- High Pull (on the other side)

- Overhead lunges with kettlebell in racked or press position

- Kneeling Seesaw

- Figure of eights

- Kettlebell Rotations

30 sec rest between rounds, 3 rounds.
