Release glutes with ball

10 x Pigeon Stretch (hold for 5 sec)

Main Set:

The below is to be completed with a 5kg dumbell.

100m Run

10 x Squat

10 x Squat and Press

10 x High Pull (each arm)

10 x Snatch (each arm)

10 x Renegade Row

10 x Lunge with a Rotation
