Pyramid Set - Scale weights as necessary.

Set 1 = No weight, warm up, the sprint should be a jog, intensity = 5/6

Set 2 = 10kg

Set 3 = 20kg

Set 4 = 10kg

Set 5 = No weight

Main Set:

21 x Lunges (on each leg)

21 x Squat and Press

2 x 200m Sprints with 10 sec rest between each

21 x Lunges (on each leg)

21 x Squat and Press

30 sec rest between sets
