Sandy is a qualified level 3 outdoor fitness expert. She has always loved exercising outdoors and this was a natural progression of her training. Her clients love being outdoors, training in a natural environment. This helps them keep cool, while the get fit and build strength.
200 Hour Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance Certified)
Sandy undertook her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in May 2019. As part of her 4 pillars of fitness program, yoga combines strength, power and flexibility and is a great asset to add to her tool kit when training clients. She is trained in yoga asana, meditation and chanting. Yoga is a great way of maintaining a daily exercise practice, calms the mind and delivers key components to being healthy.
