I am a qualified Personal Trainer & Sports/Remedial Masseuse, living in the Greenwich and Blackheath area.

My ethos is train hard, play hard and recover.

If you train hard, you see results and can enjoy your life more, as you have more energy.

I believe in making the most of every moment and this means playing as hard as you work. By making your training specific to the sports you love, I can ensure that you get the most out of your time training.

You can't expect your body to deliver results if you do not let it rest. Recovery is when your body repairs and grows. Massage will help flush out toxins from your body and leave you feeling refreshed.

As a member of FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) and REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals), I uphold the highest standards and I am fully insured.

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It is used for chronic aches and pain, such as:

  • stiff neck and upper back
  • low back pain
  • leg muscle tightness
  • sore shoulders

Deep Tissue Massage Benefits:

  • breaks up scar tissue and physically breaks down "knots"

Personal Training
