Sports/Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It is used for chronic aches and pain, such as:

  • stiff neck and upper back
  • low back pain
  • leg muscle tightness
  • sore shoulders
  • hip torsion/rotation

Deep Tissue Massage Benefits:

Sandy Rowe Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Sports Massuese

Sandy Rowe is a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist & Sports and Deep Tissue Masseuse, living in the Greenwich and Blackheath area.

She is the director of Aspyr Fitness. Her ethos is to train hard, play hard and recover. She has furthered her skills and knowledge in anatomy and physiology to ensure her clients receive the best training and achieve their goals.

Sandy is a member of FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) and REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals), upholds the highest standards and is fully insured.
